Monkey Knife fight has become the official DFS partner of the Miami Marlins only weeks after striking a similar deal with the Miami Dolphins.

  • MKF has partnered with the Miami Marlins to become the team’s official fantasy sports site.
  • Along with the partnership, the company will also be donating to a Miami Marlins foundation to help feed those affected the worst by the pandemic in South Florida.
  • The agreement has come only weeks after a similar deal with the Miami Dolphins and donation to their foundation.

MIAMI- Monkey Knife Fight announced a partnership with the Miami Marlins to be the official fantasy sports platform for the team.

The gaming platform will now have its brand displayed on television, radio, online assets, and in-stadium marketing for the MLB team.

“We’re excited to partner with the Marlins and introduce our unique style of fantasy sports to their fans,” said Bill Asher, Founder, and CEO of Monkey Knife Fight. “What’s most important though, is helping those in need. So many in South Florida have been hit hard by this virus. We will do our part by giving back to their foundation and supporting the neighboring community, which has been one of the hardest hit areas during the pandemic.”

MKF has also decided to donate $50,000 to the Miami Marlins Foundation Home Plate Meals Relief Fund. The Fund helps those with food insecurities dues to the pandemic in South Florida.

During the 2020 season, there will be an MKF-branded cover over two of the right field sections in the stadium. MKF will donate an additional $10,000 for each home run ball that hits the cover to the Miami Marlins Foundation on top of the initial donation.

“The Marlins are the up and coming team in South Florida, which makes partnering with Monkey Knife Fight, one of the industry’s most innovative companies, a natural fit,” said David Oxfeld, Marlins Head of Partnership Strategy and Development. “We appreciate the community-focused approach by MFK to engage with our fans and those in need in South Florida.”

This deal comes after an MKF agreement with the NFL’s Miami Dolphins where they also donated to a food relief fund for the South Florida area.

Monkey Knife Fight is proving to be dedicated to South Florida and to be the fastest-growing DFS platform in North America. MKF has made deals across the country in states with legal DFS, but this specific deal shows just how much they value the South Florida market.
