Down the rest of the card, we’re eyeing a three-leg parlay on legal sports betting sites paying out +182 outs and features the co-main event between Aljamain Sterling and Brian Ortega, as well as the heavyweight bout between Sergei Pavlovich and Waldo Cortes-Acosta.
UFC Fight Night Shanghai Parlay
- Zhang Mingyang -345 vs. Johnny Walker
- Aljamain Sterling -275 vs. Brian Ortega
- Over 1.5 Total Rounds Sergei Pavlovich/Waldo Cortes-Acosta
Starting in the main event, Mingyang’s UFC odds should not be questioned, given his dominance and somewhat of a cakewalk matchup against an aging and sliding Johnny Walker. Mingyang has won 11 straight bouts, including his last three in the UFC. His last night, though, have all come by first round knockout. Walker has been knocked out in his last two fights.
In the co-main event, we like Aljo to take the win over Brian Ortega. Sterling, right now, is a championship contending fighter, meanwhile, Ortega is looking to get back on track, having lost three of his last four bouts. As far as numbers are concerned, Aljo has a higher reach, higher sig. strikes landed per minute and accuracy on those landed, as well as a higher takedown total and accuracy.
In the final leg, we’re taking the over 1.5-round mark. Both fighters have been trending in that direction in their previous fights. The favorite, Sergei Pavlovich, has gone over in each of his last two fights. As for Cortes-Acosta, he’s surpassed the mark in three of his last four.
