William Hill At Isle Casino Changes To Caesars At Horseshoe Black Hawk
Operated under Eldorado Resorts, Isle Casino Hotel is now under the Caesars Entertainment brand. This is common among casino and sportsbook properties. But for this situation, a $17.3 billion merger let them take on the name Caesars. This continued further as in August 2022, Isle Casino Hotel Black Hawk became a Horseshoe brand member. Still operated by Caesars Entertainment Inc., the Colorado sportsbook is under a different casino name now: Horseshoe Black Hawk.
William Hill agreed to be the sportsbook brand at Eldorado casinos in 2018, they had the first go at it. But that also changed in April 2021. This is when Caesars acquired William Hill for $3.7 billion. While they were after their US sportsbook technology and business, they succeeded in taking over.
