Best Bets For CBB Late Slate: Arizona, Michigan, Duke, BYU - Koa Peat, Yaxel Lendeborg, Cam Boozer, AJ Dybantsa
  • Arizona and Arizona State have a 169.5 point total set for late night CBB on Wednesday
  • Michigan is a 11.5-point favorite against Washington.
  • There are +227 odds for Duke to cover -11.5 and the game to go over 152.5 points.
  • BYU is a 12.5-point favorite against TCU.

TUCSON, Ariz. – A massive late night college basketball slate is in store for Wednesday Night with four top-15 teams in action and plenty of value on the betting lines and props out there to take advantage of.

The late CBB slate on legal sports betting sites is made up of #1 Arizona vs. Arizona State, #4 Michigan vs. Washington, #6 Duke vs. Cal, and #11 vs. TCU. With four heavy hitters on deck, we’re looking at four best bets for the slate.

Shootout Between Arizona/Arizona State

Arizona Vs. Arizona State Point Total

  • Over 169.5
  • Under 169.5

This game has shootout written all over it with both teams combining for 171.9 ppg this season. Not only are they combining for over 170+ ppg on the year, but they’re both hitting over in total points often this season.

Both the Bearcats and Sun Devils have a 10-6 record in going over their set point totals in the regular season. Arizona does so by a slight +0.1 margin, while Arizona State is doing so by +4.9 points on average.

Each of them are also coming into this one having gone over their set point totals in five of their last six games. Arizona has seen seven games this season go for 170+ points, while Arizona State has seen four.

  • Pick: Arizona/Arizona State Over 169.5

Michigan Rolls Through Washington.

Michigan Vs. Washington

  • Michigan -12.5
  • Washington +12.5

Everything is pointing towards the Wolverines having no issues at all going on the road here against Washington. The main kicker is the point differential between the two, which is +12.9 in favor of Michigan.

On the season as a whole, Michigan has a +26.1 point differential against their opponents. Washington is coming into this one in a bit of a slump, having been outscored 245-234 in their last three games.

From a betting perspective, Michigan has a 9-6 record against the spread with a +7.7 cover margin and 26.1 winning margin. Washington, on the other hand, has just a +0.8 cover margin ATS on college basketball betting sites.

  • Pick: Michigan -12.5

Get Plus Money Backing Duke + Over Points

Duke Vs. Cal

  • Spread: Duke -11.5
  • Total: 152.5

We like Duke to carry most of the heavy lifting in this one on the scoring end and come out on top in a big way here.

Starting on the spread, this is too low of a number for Duke, considering they’re averaging a 20.2 winning margin on the season. They’ve also won eight of their 15 games this season by an 11+ point margin. On the Cal side, they’ve gone up against two top-25 ACC opponents this season already in Louisville and Virginia, and have lost both games by 20+ point margins.

As for the total, Duke should handle most of the heavy lifting here, with each of their last six games going over 152.5 points. They’ve also scored 80+ points in each of those games. Cal, on the other hand, is hovering around 80 ppg this season and has gone over in three of their last four games.

  • Pick: Duke -11.5 + Over 152.5 (+227 Parlay Odds)

TCU Keeps Things Close With Cougars

TCU Vs. BYU

  • BYU -12.5
  • TCU +12.5

This is far too large of a spread for BYU against an offense like TCU. TCU is putting up over 80 ppg and is only -7.9 in the scoring margin against BYU and their 88.3 ppg this season.

We’re backing the Frogs here after their two straight close losses of 13 points or less. BYU has also had some close margin wins in their last three games, with two of them coming by 10 or less points. TCU is also covering by a +2.2 point margin, while BYI is just behind them at a +1.7 margin.
