- There are +100 odds for Jayden Daniels to throw over 31.5 passing attempts.
- Micah Parsons sack total is set at 0.25.
GREEN BAY, Wis. – Kicking off Week 2 of the NFL is a Thursday Night Football matchup between the Washington Commanders and Green Bay Packers from Lambeau Field.
There is plenty of star power to go around in this one for both teams, meaning plenty of value on legal sports betting sites and the player props that they have set for this one. The two main names we’re looking at here are Jayden Daniels and Micah Parsons.
Commanders May Be Forced To Throw
Jayden Daniels Total Passing Attempts
- Over 31.5 +100
- Under 31.5 -130
While this might not be the first line that bettors look for, it’s coming at tremendous value for Daniels to hit his over here. Last week, even with the Commanders winning in blowout fashion, 21-6 over the New York Giants, they were still throwing, which led to 30 pass attempts for Daniels.
Looking ahead to Thursday Night Football, Daniels is in line to torch this number. The Packers looked elite last week and got out to a multi-score lead over the Detroit Lions early in the first quarter, which they held for the remainder of the game. This forced Jared Goff to throw 39 attempts in hopes of playing catch up.
With the Packers offense playing quick and forcing opponents to abandon the run, we could see Jayden Daniels dropping back often to try and keep up with this high powered Packers offense.
Parsons Continues Terrorizing Commanders
Micah Parsons Total Sacks
- Over 0.25 -115
- Under 0.25 -115
This is an absolute slam on the over, and bettors should be capitalizing on these NFL odds as quickly as possible. Micah Parsons had a strong debut last week for the Packers, which saw him draw one sack.
It’s hard to see why this number isn’t set at least at 1.0 sack, considering he’s finished his first four season in the top-10 in total sacks.
Also, historically against the Commanders, Parsons has destroyed whoever is under center for them to the tune of 10.5 sacks in eight career games against them. Last season alone, he recorded 4.5 sacks against Jayden Daniels. Across eight games vs. them as well, he’s recorded at least a 0.5 sack in seven of them.
