Caesars Becomes Official Betting Partner Of New York Mets

NEW YORK – In recent New York sports betting news, the New York Mets and Caesars Sportsbook have come together on a partnership that would make Caesars the official sports betting partner of the Mets.

This is a massive partnership for both the Mets and Caesars as it will open plenty of betting opportunities for fans at Citi Field cheering on the Mets.

Included in the partnership, Caesars is expected to open a sportsbook lounge inside of the park to allow fans and bettors to enjoy using the legal online sportsbooks app in the same area.

Also in the partnership, there will be plenty of Caesars sports betting advertisements strategically placed around the park.

An Attempt To Reclaim #1?

Upon the New York betting market launching mobile betting, Caesars was the top online sportsbook in the state through the month of January. Caesars totaled a $229.7 million betting handle in that time.

Fast track to February, FanDuel overtook Caesars as the top online sportsbook in terms of the betting handle as they doubled it. FanDuel took in $130.6 million in bets compared to Caesars’ $65.8 million handle.

This partnership is a great opportunity for Caesars to reclaim the top spot being that Mets fans are some of the biggest in the league and they are also in contention for a World Series right now with +1000 MLB odds to win.
