Dems, Mikie Sherrill Heavily Favored To Win
  • There are -600 odds for a Democratic nominee to be the Governor of New Jersey.
  • Mikie Sherrill is favored to win the Democratic Primary with -350 odds.

TRENTON, N.J. – Things are heating up in New Jersey ahead of November’s governor election with the primaries set to take place on June 10th.

There are currently only odds on Legal sports betting sites for the Democratic primaries being that on the Republican side, Jack Ciattarelli, the former New Jersey Legislator, sits far ahead of the rest of the field in the polls with 42%.

Getting into the Democratic Primaries, New Jersey betting sites are leaning heavily on Mikie Sherrill. Of the six nominees up for the Democratic Primaries, Sherrill leads with 17% and is followed by Jersey City Mayor, Steve Fulop, both on the odds board and with 12% in the polls.

Where things get a bit tricky are with Ras Baraka’s +400 odds which are also tied for the second shortest, as she’s only pulling in 9% in the polls—tied for the second lowest.
