- Oscar Piastri is favored to win the Canadian Grand Prix with +125 odds.
- There are +175 odds for Lando Norris to win the Canadian GP.
MONTREAL – Formula 1 is headed to the Great White North for the Canadian GP at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal. Per usual, going into the race, it’s Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris sitting at the top of the odds board.
It shouldn’t be a surprise at all that Piastri is favored on legal sports betting sites as the number one overall driver in F1 with the highest points and most wins this season. What is surprising is that oddsmakers are still offering plus money on Piastri to win given how dominant he’s been.
2025 Canadian GP Odds
- Oscar Piastri +125
- Lando Norris +175
- Max Verstappen +400
- Charles Leclerc +1600
- George Russell +2000
- Lewis Hamilton +2000
All Odds Suggesting Piastri Wins Easily
Leading up to the Canadian GP, Oscar Piastri has done nothing short of prove himself as the top overall driver having won five of his last seven races. It also helps his case that his McLaren teammate, Lando Norris, has the second shortest odds to win.
If Norris stays true to his second position, it would almost guarantee a win for Piastri as he’ll continue to let his teammate rack up the points as he’s done in three races thus far on the season including last week at the Spanish GP.
As for where F1 betting sites have set the rest of Piastri’s odds, he is an extremely heavy favorite across the board. He sits with -400 odds for a top-2 finish, -750 for a top-3 finish, -2000 for a top-6 finish, and -2500 for a top-10 finish.
In correlation with his top 2-10 finish odds, McLaren also has -280 odds for both drivers to finish in the top 3, -1000 for both in the top 6, and -1400 for the top 10.
