Hield Threes, Draymond Assists Best Bets For Game 2

MINNEAPOLIS – Game 2 of the second round series between the Golden State Warriors and the Minnesota Timberwolves tips off Thursday at 8:30 PM EST as the lone NBA playoff game of the night.

The Warriors stole Game 1 on the road, limiting the Timberwolves to just 88 points in a ten point victory. Legal sports betting sites expect the Timberwolves to win tonight’s game comfortably, due in large part to the injury status of Steph Curry.

Curry missed most of Game 1 with a hamstring strain and has already been ruled out for Game 2, with the Warriors bracing for a multiple game absence from their star.

Hield has +120 odds to record over 3.5 three point field goals made, a figure that he has cleared in each of his last two games and in three of his eight playoffs games this season.

He has only had four games this postseason in which he attempted more than four three pointers and he made at least five threes in three of those games. As long as Hield sees 30+ minutes, he should easily score over 3.5 threes.

Draymond Green’s Playmaking

Draymond Green is known for being an elite passer from the power forward position and has a career average of 5.6 assists per game.

Now that Steph Curry is out, Green may have the ball in his hands more than usual. For most players that would mean more shot attempts, but for Green, it means more opportunities to set up his teammates to score.

In his last three games, Green has recorded over five assists in each game, as well as playing over 35 minutes per game.
