NEW YORK – There are two banger divisional matchups set to open up the 2026 NFL season. The San Francisco 49ers are taking on the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday in Melbourne, Australia, and the Dallas Cowboys will take on the New York Giants on Sunday Night Football in MetLife Stadium.

The two also split the season series last year. Despite going 4-13 last year, New York finished 9-8 against the spread on a +1.5 average cover margin. The Cowboys went 7-10 ATS and failed to cover in both games against the Giants as well last year.
