Carlos Narvaez On A Roll

The Boston Red Sox have been rolling recently, winning five straight games, tied for the longest active win streak in the MLB.

A large factor in that has been new faces stepping up for the Red Sox, and that includes catcher Carlos Narvaez. The second-year catcher earned the starting role and ran away with it, hitting .356 in May with a .961 OPS.

Shohei Ohtani will make his long anticipated pitching debut for the Dodgers tonight against the San Diego Padres in Los Angeles.

Ohtani has not pitched since 2023 due to Tommy John surgery, but has played exclusively as a designated hitter in his time with the Dodgers.
