Although passing yardage and touchdowns have not been a weakness for Brady this season, he has a tough matchup against a Dallas Cowboys defense that is top-10 in passing yards allowed and tied for the sixth least passing touchdowns allowed as well.

Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers opened up the season against the Cowboys where he was only able to muscle in 212 yards and a touchdown. Against his 277.5 total on legal online sportsbooks, he has stayed under eight times this season.

While he has scored 25 touchdowns through the air, the majority of them come in games where he went for 2+ touchdowns. He has 11 games this season where he stayed under 1.5 touchdowns including three of his last five outings.

Dallas is letting up just 200.9 passing yards per game to opponents this season on just 6.2 yards per attempt as well. Both of which are top-10 in the league. In their last three games, they have also let up just 1.3 TDs per game.

When you have the best quarterback in the history of the NFL, it should not be surprising that the Bucs run a pass-first offense. He has thrown over 41.5 attempts 12 times this season including six of his last seven games.

With oddsmakers expecting a closer game, Brady could very well see the over once more. It also helps that Dallas is favored in this one being that if they stay true to their odds and get out to an early lead, it’ll force Brady to throw the ball even more.

Getting an interception over Tom Brady this season has been a tough ask as he’s thrown just nine all year. However, his NFL odds are favoring the over being that in his last six games, he has thrown seven interceptions. One of his nine interceptions did come against Dallas in the first game of the year.

It also doesn’t help that Dallas is tied for the fourth most interceptions this season at 16 and have recorded six INTs in their last five games.
