Paper Rex is coming into this one having won the VCT Masters in Toronto and currently ranked the number one overall Valorant team in the world with $360k in earning. To put that into perspective, the number two ranked team, T1, has $250k in earnings.
G2 has also been slipping in their recent outings coming into the 2025 Esports World Cup having lost three of their last five games including their last two leading up to the event. Things get even tougher for them in their first matchup of the World Cup against Karmine Corp who two straight matches two with a combined deficit of 1-5 between the two games.
As for Paper Rex, they’ve won 11 of their last 12 coming into the World Cup which includes wins over other heavy contenders in Fnatic, Sentinels, and even G2. All said, this is certainly an underpriced line on Paper Rex leaving plenty of value for bettors to take advantage on here towards the top of the board.
