- Justin Field’s rushing total is set at 45.5 yards for Monday Night Football.
- Tua Tagovailoa and Jake Browning have their interception totals set at 0.5.
- Bo Nix’s passing attempt total is 31.5.
MIAMI – Capping off Week 4 in the NFL is a Monday Night Football double header with the first game between two 0-3 teams, the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets, and finishing off with the Cincinnati Bengals and Denver Broncos.
While both could be a tough watch with two winless teams in one game and a backup QB and underwhelming team in the other, we still see some betting value on legal sports betting sites with all four QBs involved.
We’re eying a four leg parlay including each of the four starting QBs on Monday Night, paying out +875 ($50 to win $487.5 profit).
Monday Night Football Parlay Legs
- Tua Tagovailoa Over 0.5 Interceptions: -114
- Justin Fields Over 45.5 Rushing Yards: -124
- Bo Nix Under 31.5 Pass Attempts: -118
- Jake Browning Over 0.5 Interceptions: -176
Starting with the interception totals for both Tua and Jake Browning, these could be the two safest legs on NFL betting sites. Tua has thrown an interception in all three games with a total of four on the season. Browning is sitting at a much worse five total interceptions in the one and a half games that he’s played.
As for Fields’ rushing yard total, he gets a great matchup against the Dolphins defense that is allowing the fifth most rushing yards per game on the year at 145. Fields is a focal point in the Jets’ run game this season, with 17 carries for 97 yards and averaging 5.7 yards per carry. He’s crossed over 45.5 rushing yards in both games that he’s played this season as well.
For the last leg, there won’t be a heavy need for Bo Nix in this one, as the Bengals defense is one of the worst in the NFL across all categories. Denver should take an early lead in this one and have no issues in holding it, which could force a more run heavy approach in the second half.
Also, over the last three weeks, Nix has seen his passing attempt total decline with each of the last two weeks staying under 31.5. Looking back to the Bengals Week 3 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings, they were outscored 48-10, and even with the Vikings putting up that many points, they did so on just 24 pass attempts.
