  • A $10 bet for a player to score an octopus in Super Bowl LX would pay out $70 at +700 odds.
  • The odds for a non-QB to throw a touchdown are slightly shorter at +500, which has only happened six times in the Super Bowl.

SAN FRANCISCO – There are plenty of exotic props for players to bet on this Sunday as the New England Patriots face the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl LX, including whether or not a player will record the elusive octopus.

Will Any Player Score An Octopus In Super Bowl LX?

  • Yes +700
  • No -1600

Legal sports betting sites are currently listing the odds for a player to record an octopus in the Super Bowl at +700 odds.

An octopus is when a player scores a touchdown and then scores the two point conversion immediately following the touchdown.

It has occurred just once before in Super Bowl history, three seasons ago when Jalen Hurts did it against the Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII.

Three octopi were recorded during the 2025 regular season, two of which came in Week 5. None of them were recorded by players on the Patriots or the Seahawks.

Will The Final Score Be A Scorigami?

  • Yes +850
  • No -2500

A scorigami is when a game finishes with a final score that has never been achieved before in NFL history.

There were a total of four scorigamis this season, none of which involved the Seahawks or the Patriots.

There have been three instances of scorigamis in the Super Bowl, most recently between the Seahawks and Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII, ending with a final score of 43–8.

Will A Non-QB Throw A Touchdown?

  • Yes +500
  • No -900

NFL betting sites list the odds of a non-QB to throw a touchdown pass at +500.

There have been six instances of non-quarterbacks throwing touchdowns in the Super Bowl, most recently Jauan Jennings against the Chiefs in Super Bowl LVIII.

Both the Seahawks and the Patriots attempted one pass by a receiver this season, as Cooper Kupp attempted one pass during the regular season and Efton Chism attempted a pass in the playoffs.

Neither of their attempts resulted in completions.

Will A QB Catch A Pass?

  • Yes +800
  • No -2000

The odds of a quarterback catching a pass in the Super Bowl are even lower, listed at +800.

This is because there have been just three instances where a QB has caught a pass in the Super Bowl, as John Elway, Jim Kelly, and Nick Foles are each tied with one reception.

The most recent occurrence, of course, was the famous Philly Special to Nick Foles in Super Bowl LII.

Drake Maye has one career reception, which came on his own batted pass, while Sam Darnold has yet to record a reception.
