Puka Nacua Props: Rams WR Expected Back Vs. Eagles
  • Puka Nacua is expected back Sunday after two missed games, coach Sean McVay said, despite limited practices Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Nacua’s receiving-yards prop is 77.5, about 30 yards under the 107.2 a game he averaged in 2025.
  • His receptions line is 6.5 with the under at -145, and he is +130 to score a touchdown anytime.
  • The Rams are 3.5-point favorites on a 43-point total, with Rams edge rusher Myles Garrett out and Eagles linebacker Zack Baun in the concussion protocol.

LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Rams expect Puka Nacua back Sunday at the Philadelphia Eagles, coach Sean McVay said, after the wide receiver missed two games. Puka Nacua props are set at 6.5 receptions and 77.5 receiving yards, well below his 2025 pace.

McVay Expects Nacua Back After A Two-Game Absence

McVay set that expectation Wednesday, pointing to a good Sunday workout and the walkthrough the Rams had just finished. Nacua missed the Rams’ 28-6 win over the New York Giants and their 30-26 loss at the Denver Broncos, and he was limited again on Thursday’s report, which lists a hip injury. Nacua said he was a full participant.

McVay has compared the underlying groin discomfort to a pre-hernia, the kind of pain a receiver feels when he opens up at high speed. That makes a setback the main risk to any over, and the Rams have not said how many snaps he will play.

Props Price A Managed Workload

Nacua caught 129 passes for 1,715 yards and 10 touchdowns in 16 games last season, leading the NFL in receptions at 8.1 a game. Receiving props posted on online sports betting sites sit about a catch and a half and nearly 30 yards below that pace.

Receptions, under6.5-145
Receiving yards, over77.5-115

The two lines tell one story. At his 2025 average of 13.3 yards a catch, six receptions is 79.8 yards, enough for the yardage over, while the receptions over needs a seventh catch, the higher bar behind its +110 price. The under is the costlier side at -145, a price built on a lighter workload, and every snap shaved off pulls that seventh catch further away.

Against the Eagles last September he caught 11 of 15 targets for 112 yards with no touchdown in a 33-26 Rams loss in Philadelphia. The touchdown price asks for a score after 10 receiving touchdowns in 16 games last season, and he has none in 2026 after five catches for 74 yards in the opener against the San Francisco 49ers.

Garrett Is Out And Baun Is In The Protocol

The Rams are 3.5-point road favorites on a 43-point total at NFL betting sites, projecting roughly 23 points for Los Angeles and 20 for Philadelphia. The Rams are 1-2 and the Eagles are 2-1.

The Rams play without edge rusher Myles Garrett, acquired from the Cleveland Browns in an offseason trade. NFL Network reported he would undergo knee surgery and miss at least four games on injured reserve.

Philadelphia is thinner too. Thursday’s practice went on without Baun, still in the concussion protocol, without wide receiver DeVonta Smith and his hamstring injury, and without tight end Dallas Goedert, who has a knee injury. A missing linebacker matters most on the short throws that feed a receptions total.

Final injury designations come with Friday’s practice reports, and kickoff is 1 p.m. ET Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field.
