LAS VEGAS – On Thursday, BetMGM and the Las Vegas Raiders have announced a partnership that names BetMGM as an official sports betting partner of the franchise.
More professional teams have begun to sign deals with sports betting companies as the US market has grown and this agreement is an extension to an already formed partnership with BetMGM’s parent company, MGM Resorts, and the Raiders
“We are pleased to add BetMGM to the MGM Resorts partnership portfolio,” said Marc Badain, Raiders President. “The addition of BetMGM will open new levels of engagement for Raiders fans and guests of Allegiant Stadium.”
Raiders and sports fans in Nevada can register for the BetMGM app now and it is available on IOS, Android, and by physically visiting any of the MGM Resorts sportsbooks in Las Vegas.
MGM Resorts will have prominent branding in and around the new Allegiant Stadium and is the Founding Partner of the stadium. Raiders fans will be able to enjoy a private MGM Club that has a full-service premium bar in a luxury lounge with upgraded stadium seating.
“All of us at MGM Resorts are proud to welcome the Raiders and the NFL to Las Vegas,” said Bill Hornbuckle, MGM Resorts CEO and President. “We look forward to providing Raiders fans a world-class sports betting and entertainment experience, both in our BetMGM Sportsbooks and digitally, through the BetMGM mobile app.”
MGM Resorts and the Raiders have been partners since January 2020 and this expansion with BetMGM will grow their legal sports betting and gaming platforms while giving Raiders fans more ways to engage with the team.
“We’re thrilled that BetMGM is the first Official Sports Betting Partner of The Las Vegas Raiders,” said Adam Greenblatt, BetMGM’s CEO. “This new partnership complements what is already a wonderful and rewarding relationship with MGM Resorts and the Raiders and we look forward to introducing Raiders fans to the excitement of sports betting with BetMGM.”
BetMGM will be utilizing all of its acquired assets to give out information about their easily accessible mobile app to fans while MGM Resorts is set to be the presenting sponsor of the Raiders’ first regular-season game at Allegiant Stadium on Sept 21.
