- Tiger Woods last played in a golf tournament at the 2020 Masters.
- Tiger Woods has +3300 odds to win the 2022 Masters.
AUGUSTA, Ga. – Arguably the biggest PGA tournament of the year, the Masters, is set to take place on April 4 from the famous Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. Aside from this being the biggest tournament of the year, another major storyline here is that it is Tiger Woods return to the PGA Tour.
Tiger’s last PGA Tour appearance actually came at the 2020 Masters and he has not played since. That is because he was involved in a serious car accident in which he came out of with major leg injuries.
Although Tiger is considered to be one of, if not the greatest golfer of all time, his current odds on legal online sportsbooks are not as high as some might have hoped at +3300. These odds are good for 17 on the odds board.
The one thing to take note of though is that there has been no official word on if Tiger is actually playing in the Masters or not which is certainly the reason his Masters odds are so high. If news does break that Woods will compete in the Masters, his odds are sure to drop making right now the best time to take them for the best possible payout. $100 on Woods to win his sixth Masters would pay out $3,300.
As for the rest of his odds in the Masters, he is looking at +650 to finish in the top-5, +275 for a top-10 finish, and +120 for top-20. All of which are sure to shift once an official announcement is made.
