Cardinals +230 For First Pick In 2027, Manning Favored
  • The Cardinals are favored to get the #1 pick in the 2027 NFL Draft at +230, followed by the Dolphins at +400 and the Jets with +750 odds.
  • Arch Manning has the shortest odds to be the top pick, listed at +150.
  • Of the non-quarterbacks, Jeremiah Smith’s odds to go first overall are the best at +650.

ARIZONA – Though just a few weeks removed from the 2026 NFL Draft, here’s a look at the odds for which teams are most likely to earn the top pick next season, as well as candidates to be selected first overall.

Favorites To Earn #1 Pick In 2027 NFL Draft

TeamTotal WinsOdds For #1 Pick
Arizona CardinalsO 4.5 (+110)+230
Miami DolphinsO 4.5 (EVEN)+400
New York JetsO 5.5 (EVEN)+750
Las Vegas RaidersO 5.5 (-130)+850
Cleveland BrownsO 6.5 (+135)+1200

Coming off of a 3-14 season, Arizona made somewhat of a surprising selection with running back Jeremiyah Love third overall at what many would consider a position of strength for the Cardinals with James Conner and Tyler Allgeier, though it remains to be seen how much Conner has left in the tank coming off of a major injury.

It looks likely that Jacoby Brissett will be the starter heading into the season, who led them to a 1-11 record in his 12 starts in 2025-26, which is a large reason why they have the shortest odds at NFL betting sites.

The Dolphins and Jets appear to be headed for a race to the bottom in the AFC East with the next two shortest odds to earn the top pick.

Miami signed QB Malik Willis to a 3-year, $67.5 million contract this offseason, but also released Tyreek Hill and traded Jaylen Waddle to Denver, leaving De’Von Achane and Darren Waller as the only established weapons.

The Jets were widely regarded as winners of this year’s draft with three first round picks and acquired Geno Smith, Minkah Fitzpatrick, and DeMario Davis, giving a glimpse of hope to a fanbase that has been devoid of hope for a while.

Betting Odds For First Overall Pick In 2027 NFL Draft

  • Arch Manning +150
  • Dante Moore +550
  • CJ Carr +600
  • Jeremiah Smith +650
  • Julian Sayin +1000

Legal sports betting sites have Arch Manning as the clear favorite to be the first selection in next year’s draft, which goes hand in hand with the Cardinals’ need for a quarterback.

Dante Moore of Oregon and CJ Carr from Notre Dame have the next closest odds, closely followed by wide receiver Jeremiah Smith, who has generated plenty of draft buzz ever since his breakout freshman campaign.

Smith could be in play for the first overall pick, especially if the Dolphins manage to fall into that draft spot, considering their need for receiver, newly signed quarterback, and the fact that Smith is a local product.
