JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri sportsbooks officially opened pre-registration Monday morning, marking a major milestone ahead of the state’s long-awaited Dec. 1 sports betting launch. The early window gives residents their first chance to secure Missouri sports betting accounts, verify their identities, make initial deposits and claim pre-launch bonuses from the state’s approved operators.
Beginning at 7am on Monday, Missouri residents gained access to nine licensed platforms: FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars Sportsbook, Fanatics Sportsbook, bet365, Circa Sports, Underdog Sportsbook and theScore Bet.
The two-week registration period enables legal sportsbooks to present themselves to potential clients in a cutthroat market.
In November 2024, Missouri became the 39th state to embrace legal sports betting after Amendment 2 narrowly passed. After several unsuccessful attempts in the General Assembly, the bill was approved by fewer than 3,000 votes.
Missouri Sports Betting Bonuses
Sportsbooks are aggressively targeting new Missouri bettors with pre-launch incentives. DraftKings is offering $300 in bonus bets to users who sign up early and place a $5 wager on launch day. FanDuel has rolled out a similar model, offering $400 in bonus bets tied to a qualifying first wager.
BetMGM is providing up to $1,500 back in bonus bets if an initial bet loses, along with an extra $100 for pre-registration. Caesars is rewarding new users with $150 in bonus bets for winning a first $5 bet plus five profit boosts.
While bettors visiting from neighboring states like Illinois, Kansas and Iowa can log in normally, they won’t qualify for the sportsbook bonuses meant for new users.
