- The partnership includes Unibet casino promotions.
- Sports betting promotion was not a part of the deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.
- Unibet’s mobile sportsbook is expecting to launch in Pennsylvania later this year.
PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Eagles announced on Thursday that they have entered a multi-year partnership with Unibet.
This sponsorship agreement will allow Unibet sings to be displayed in the Lincoln Financial Field. More specifically, Unibet signage will be at the Northwest Suites in the stadium. Unibet logos will also appear on the digital signboard at the Eagles Stadium.
This partnership is actually not to promote legal sports betting. Unibet plans on launching casino games in Pennsylvania by the end of this month. This partnership is aiming to promote the upcoming casino games. But Unibet will likely gain some sports betting recognition due to this deal.
Unibet Sports Betting In PA
Unibet is currently taking sports bets in Pennsylvania at the Mohegan Sun Pocono. With their signs at the Eagles Stadium, Unibet will receive more brand awareness. That will likely draw more people in to bet on sports at the Mohegan Sun Pocono.
“As we look to grow our footprint in the US, it only made sense to partner with one of the largest, most-respected and loved teams in the NFL,” said Arnas Janickas, Head of U.S. Marketing at Unibet. “The Eagles unmatched fan engagement and relentless innovation in digital space definitely helped to make this partnership a reality.”
Although Unibet is planning to open a casino app in Pennsylvania, that is not all they are doing. Unibet will also open a mobile sportsbook which will help expand Pennsylvania sports betting. The new online and mobile sportsbook by Unibet is expected to launch by the end of 2019. This partnership with the Eagles will likely bring in more traffic for the mobile sportsbook as well.
