DENVER – Colorado sports bettors will have a new way to play soon as the Sky Ute Casino is working to launch an esports centric sportsbook.
The new sportsbook is a product of the partnership between Sky Ute Casino, FansUnite, and GameCo. This is the first US-based esports specific sportsbook.
The mobile sports betting app will be a fully integrated esports betting solution and Askott Entertainment will be providing the iGaming platform.
Colorado Esports
Sports betting in Colorado was dominated by esports betting earlier in the year after major leagues were shut down due to the pandemic.
The shutdowns caused sports bettors to find new ways to wager and esports gaming became a big hit in the Centennial State.
Because of this success, Sky Ute Casino believes in the potential of the esports scene, so much so that they will be launching a new esports league in tandem with the sportsbook.
FansUnite is excited to be entering the Colorado market with the new online esports sportsbook. The online gaming technology provider recently entered into a multi-year partnership with GameCo back in September. This deal is a part of that initial partnership.

No official launch has been set yet for the esports sportsbook but Colorado bettors shouldn’t be waiting too long. The sportsbook will be using GRID’S data platform, 10Stars odds feed and risk management services, and Askott Entertainments Chameleon iGaming platform.
