Hard Rock Bet

  • Legal Florida sports betting returned on Tuesday with the relaunch of the Hard Rock Bet mobile app.
  • Players who signed up back in 2021 have full access to the Hard Rock Bet app.
  • New players are placed on a waitlist or early access to the Florida sports betting mobile app.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Legal sports betting returns to Florida with the launch of the new Hard Rock Bet app. The surprise release grants full access to returning players, while new Florida bettors are placed on a waitlist.

“The Seminole Tribe is offering limited access to existing Florida customers to test its Hard Rock Bet platform,” said a Seminole Tribe spokesperson Tuesday morning.

Unfortunately for new players, the legal Florida sports betting experience will have to wait. Betting is currently only available to returning players, but new players can get on the waitlist for early access if they sign up for Hard Rock Unity.

Returning players can log in now and get a No Regret Bet for up to $100 back in bonus bets. The Hard Rock’s mobile betting app launches just in time for legal college basketball betting, which had their first games of the season on Monday night.

The Hard Rock Bet account on X posted a video of the Undertaker rising out of a burning casket to personify the mobile app launch. With the launch, Florida becomes the largest US state with legal sports betting.

It was only a matter of time until legal sports betting returned to the Sunshine State after the US Supreme Court decided not to block the 2021 Gaming Compact. Shortly after the US Supreme Court denied stay for the sports betting case, the Seminole Tribe announced retail sports betting is coming to Florida on Dec. 7.

Cases against the compact are ongoing at the federal and state level, but there is nothing legally preventing the Seminoles Tribe from launching their mobile app.
