GAN and Wynn

  • GAN and Wynn Resorts have signed a 10-year agreement allowing GAN to provide the platform for the online sports betting and casino gaming for Wynn Resorts.
  • The technology that GAN can bring to the platform will benefit Wynn as state-regulated online gaming begins in Michigan.
  • The company expects to go live in Michigan with the Wynn online platform in November with the other regulated platforms.

IRVINE, Calif. – GAN, a leading business-to-business supplier of internet gambling software solutions to the land-based casino industry in the US, has announced a 10-year agreement with Wynn Resorts Casino on Monday.

The partnership allows GAN to be the enterprise software platform for Wynn Resorts’ online casino and sportsbook in Michigan.

This launch between Wynn and GAN will also be a part of the market access agreement that was made between GAN and Sault Ste., a company that operated five tribal casinos in Michigan.

Wynn Resorts will be well equipped and well as an early mover in the state with the optimized enterprise software, on-property reward program integration capability, and proven get-to-market capability that the company will now offer.

“We look forward to powering the Wynn brand in Michigan with our highly optimized technology platform and enabling Wynn to efficiently invest their marketing capital to attract loyal sports betting and iGaming players,” said Jeffrey B. Berman, Chief Commercial Officer of GAN. “We are pleased to onboard Wynn, with its national casino brand and substantial Michigan-region patron base, as a major operator client and are excited at the opportunity presented by potential roll-outs in multiple additional states in the future.”

This agreement will benefit Wynn as a casino in the state right before the start of online gaming in Michigan, as well as a national casino brand with venues in Boston and Las Vegas. Residents in Michigan will be able to use the Wynn Resort database to cross-market for online gambling.

The internet gambling supplier will be publishing a third party legal sports betting content obtained by a third party sports gambling content provider and augmented by Betbull Limited which is Wynn’s strategic partner.

GAN expects to be able to launch the Wynn online platform alongside the first Michigan regulated and licensed internet gambling operators in November 2020, with them all subject to regulatory approvals.
