Porzingis, Banchero Expected To Produce Friday Night
  • Kristaps Porzingis has -125 odds to score over 20 points, a figure he has eclipsed in 60% of his games without Jayson Tatum
  • Paolo Banchero’s point total is set at 28.5, with -115 odds to score more than 28 points

ORLANDO – Game 3 between the Orlando Magic and Boston Celtics tips off at 7 PM EST at the Kia Center after the Celtics won the first two games at home.

Celtics vs Magic Game Odds

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Celtics -4.5 (-115) -195 O 197.5 (-110)
Magic +4.5 (-105) +165 U 197.5 (-110)

Legal sports betting sites favor the Celtics to win on the road and take a 3-0 series lead over the Magic.

Boston was tied for the best road record in the NBA this season, going 33-8 away from home.

It looks likely that the Celtics will be without Jayson Tatum tonight, listed as doubtful with a bone bruise in his shooting wrist. He was inactive for Game 2, which the Celtics would win 109-100.

Expect A Big Night From Porzingis

With Boston’s leading scorer likely to be absent from the lineup, other players are going to be expected to pick up the slack. In Game 2, Jaylen Brown led the Celtics with 36 points, going 12-19 from the field.

Kristaps Porzingis also chipped in 20 points, but shot just 5-14 from the field and 10-14 from the free throw line.

In games without Tatum this season, Porzingis has averaged 23.4 points per game. He scored over 20 points in three of those five games and recorded 17 and 19 points in the two other games.

Even without an efficient performance, Porzingis managed to eclipse the 20 point mark in Game 2. Bet on him to make a few more shots in Game 3 and score 20+ points (-125).

Banchero Continues To Score

It hasn’t been all bad for Orlando, as Paolo Banchero has been producing solid numbers for the Magic through two games.

He scored 36 points in Game 1 and 32 points in Game 2, proving that he belongs in conversations with the elite players in the NBA.

In his only previous playoff series of his career, Banchero averaged 27 points per game, including a 38 point outburst on the road at Cleveland in Game 7.

Legal NBA betting sites have his point total set at 28.5 points for tonight’s game, a figure he has surpassed in five of his nine career playoff games and each of his last three. Bet on Banchero to score over 28.5 points (-115) as the Magic look to defend home court.
