- Details regarding the death of Emilie and Brady Kiser’s 3-year-old son, Trigg, were released to the public by the Chander Police Department
PHOENIX – New forensic evidence from May 12 reveals that Brady Kiser was active on DraftKings prior to the tragic drowning of three-year-old Trigg Kiser.
Placing a legal sports bet on Jayson Tatum for $25, Kiser was at home watching the couple’s two boys when he lost sight of Trigg for a few minutes. Footage from a home security camera revealed Trigg was left for longer than nine minutes while Brady was inside.
Though Emilie Kiser filed a lawsuit to block the release of public records related to her son’s death, a June 3 hearing was held to prevent the premature release of public records.
However, a few weeks ago, Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell released a public statement that Brady Kiser will not be charged for Trigg’s death.
