When Did The Book at Caesars Southern Indiana Launch?
The Book at Caesars Southern Indiana officially launched in December of 2019, replacing a 21-year-old riverboat casino that was known as Horseshoe Southern Indiana. The Book is part of an entirely brand new $90 million casino facility that was built by Caesars to serve southern Indiana and the nearby Louisville.
The casino underwent 18 months of construction to create the glorious 110,000 square foot building that stands today. The Book opened in tandem with the casino and was receiving sports bets on the first day of operation. Caesars had previously opened a temporary sportsbook on the riverboat property following the legalization of sports betting in Indiana. That pales in comparison to the Vegas-style sportsbook that is available now, which features a massive betting area with rows of cushioned lounge seats, 30 giant televisions, private seating “fan caves”, on-site betting from 9am – 12am (10am – 12am on weekdays), and 24-hour betting kiosks.
Where Is The Book Located?
Once you have arrived at Caesars Southern Indiana, you can find The Book situated adjacent to the casino floor. Just head over to the casino, and look for the massive TVs that are sure to be featuring some of the day’s marquee games. You will then see the betting desk and kiosks, as well as the lounge area, and fan caves. You will be able to place bets at the full-service desk from 9am – 12am on Saturdays and Sundays, and 10am – 12am on weekdays. Those who enjoy burning the candle late into the night have nothing to worry about, as The Book offers its legal sportsbook in the form of betting kiosks that are open 24 hours a day. No matter where you are in the resort facility, it is just a short trip down to The Book to place your bets.
How Old Do I Need To Be To Bet At The Book?
In accordance with Indiana and United States law, you must be 21 years old to place wagers at The Book at Caesars Southern Indiana. While some places will allow you to gamble or bet on horse races at 18, Caesars has a strict age rule of 21 years. When making your wager, you will be asked for identification to prove you meet the legal sports betting age. We strongly suggest that you do not attempt to place wagers while underage. Not only do you run the risk of getting removed from the property, but you also risk legal punishment. It is simply not worth it to bet underage at any sportsbook. Simply wait until you are 21 years old to enjoy the services of the sportsbook.
Does The Book Offer Full-Service Sports Betting?
Since we are talking about sports betting here, you obviously want to make sure that The Book at Caesars Southern Indiana has everything you need as a bettor before you arrive. Luckily, Caesars is one of the premier gaming and betting companies in the world and puts the quality of experience high on their list of goals. Therefore, the rules for The Book show they offer bets on every college and professional game you would want to wager on.
This includes collegiate and professional football, basketball, baseball, hockey, boxing, golf, tennis, auto racing and much more. The only limitation is that The Book will not take bets on horse racing, in accordance with local law. Everything else is ready and waiting for you to enjoy. The employees at The Book will be more than happy to assist you in placing your bets and overall enjoying your time at the sportsbook.
Does The Book At Caesars Southern Indiana Offer Mobile Sports Betting?
Yes, you can bet straight from your mobile device when you’re in The Book at Caesars Southern Indiana. The app can be downloaded directly from the app store of your choice. The Caesars Sportsbook app can actually be downloaded and used from anywhere in the state so you don’t technically have to be inside the casino to put real money down on sports. However, if you want the sportsbook atmosphere and don’t want to get out of your seat to place a bet, then mobile sports betting is the best possible solution for you.
Live Betting At The Book
Live betting is fully offered at The Book at the betting desk or kiosks. Those new to betting might not be familiar with live betting as a concept. Live betting is one of the most exciting and captivating forms of betting, which has taken off in popularity in recent years due to the expansion and innovation of betting technology. How it works is instead of placing bets before the beginning of a game or match, you are able to place bets during the action, with odds and lines shifting in accordance with how the game is going. Just head over to the sportsbook desk or kiosk, and you can check out the live betting options for the current games. Live betting can be a great way to bet on a game you were late to watch, or to increase your bet on some action you already have. Either way, The Book is able to serve your needs.
The Book FAQs
Is It Worth It To Join The Caesars Rewards Program?
Caesars Rewards is one of the largest casino and gaming rewards programs in the world. Since Caesars has so many locations and facilities across the globe, it is definitely worth checking out their rewards program. You can earn points to use towards hotel rooms, casino free play, and sports betting promotions at all of the Caesars locations worldwide.
How Do Parlay Bets Work At The Book?
Parlay bets are offered at The Book and operate the same as any other sportsbook you may have used in the past. If you are new to parlay betting, parlays are bets that combine multiple outcomes and lines into one bet with a massively increased payout. The caveat to the increased payout is that all of the lines of the bet must be correct for the parlay to hit. The Book offers full parlay options on all of its sports, but may have specific limitations on things like cross-sport parlays, and spread parlays. If you are looking to make a complicated parlay, speak to one of the members of the Caesars team at The Book’s desk and they will answer any of your questions.
