Best Bets For WNBA: Lynx Vs. Sky, Valkyries Vs. Aces - Napheesa Collier, Kayla Thornton
  • There is a 160.5 point total set between the Minnesota Lynx and Chicago Sky.
  • The Golden State Valkyries have -105 odds to beat the Las Vegas Aces.

LAS VEGAS – There is a two game slate in the WNBA set for Saturday. The first game of the day is set between the Minnesota Lynx and Chicago Sky while the day ends off between the Golden State Valkyries and Las Vegas Aces.

Ahead of the slate, there are two bets that were looking at on legal sports betting sites with one for each game. Those bets include a bet on the point total for the first game and on the spread in the last game.

Lynx Hold Pace Vs. Sky, Take The Under

Minnesota Lynx Vs. Chicago Sky

  • Moneyline: Lynx (-500) vs. Sky (+360)
  • Spread: Lynx -9.5
  • Total: 160.5

We’re leaning under in total points between the Lynx and Sky on WNBA betting sites here. The Lynx should have full control over the pace in this one as the number one team in the league to this point. They have the number one defense allowing just 74.7 ppg to opponents while scoring 84.8 ppg for a 159.5 ppg total.

On the other side, the Sky aren’t going to do much to help score points either. They rank in the bottom half of the WNBA in several offensive categories including points, field goals made, shooting percentage, 3-pointers made, 3-point shooting percentage, free throws made, and free throws attempted.

Just to sweeten things up a little more for bettors, the Lynx and Sky played just six days ago and stayed under 160.5 there as well.

Best Bet: Under 160.5 Total Points

Valkyries Take Advantage Of Shorthanded Aces

Golden State Valkyries Vs. Las Vegas Aces

  • Moneyline: Valkyries (-105) vs. Aces (-115)
  • Spread: Aces -1.5 (+100)
  • Total: 155.5

In the second game of the WNBA doubleheader on Saturday, we’re looking at the underdog Valkyries to pull off a win on the road in Las Vegas. Both Golden State and Vegas have been on different trajectories in their last five games with the Valkyries winning three of their last five and Vegas losing three of their last five.

One major factor which should have all bettors leaning towards the Valkyries is that A’ja Wilson, Vegas’s leading scorer and reigning MVP is considered a game time decision with a wrist injury and no real timetable for her return.

Without Wilson blocking up the paint, Kayla Thornton and the Valkyries could seriously look to take advantage of inside looks and pull off their second road victory in a row.

Best Bet: Valkyries Moneyline (-105)
