Turf Paradise, Kindred, Unibet

  • Kindred and Turf Paradise signed a partnership to expand Unibet’s retail availability.
  • Unibet will now be available at nine different retail locations.

PHEONIX, Ariz. – Thanks to a partnership with Turf Paradise, Kindred Group plc (Kindred) is expanding its Arizona sports betting offerings via its proprietary sportsbook operator, Unibet.

Unibet Expansion

In an effort to expand the exposure of its sportsbook brand, Unibet attained nine LEWO (Limited Event Wagering Operator) licenses in Arizona. This happened shortly after Unibet opened its first land-based legal sports betting location in Paradise Casino located in Yuma.

Thanks to these Arizona sports betting expansion efforts from Kindred, Unibet will begin to conduct sports betting on events at multiple retail locations.

Unibet Betting Locations:

  • Turf Paradise
  • Brookside II
  • Charley’s Sports Grill
  • Gallagher’s 16th
  • Gallagher’s Baseline
  • Harold’s
  • R.T. O’Sullivan
  • Boston’s Bar
  • Midtown Tavern

“Being awarded nine of the ten LEWO licenses is a great outcome for Kindred, Turf Paradise and our partners in the State. This is a great opportunity for Kindred Group to expand the Unibet brand in Arizona and build on the early success in the State,” said Manuel Stan, SVP North America, Kindred Group. “Over the next few months, we will work closely with our partners to prepare the launches in the different locations and are excited to be able to bring our best-in-class product to more customers in Arizona”, concludes Stan.

Kindred already has a strong footprint in the Arizona sports betting market, partnering with the local Quechan Tribe of Arizona and California even before sports betting went live officially. As the market continues to grow, this move keeps Kindred as a staple in Arizona.

Arizona has already proven to be a major sports betting market in the US and is likely to remain and only gain momentum going forward. Kindred sees this, and will continue to maintain its footing in the Arizona market.
