ORO VALLEY, Ariz. – Capital One’s The Match: Champions for Charity is back once again to entertain golf and sports betting fans Friday with another team celebrity team challenge.
For the third edition of The Match, Tiger Woods has been replaced with basketball legend and notoriously poor golfer Charles Barkley.
Barkley will team up with previous Match participant Phil Mickelson to take on another pair of iconic athletes in Steph Curry and Peyton Manning.
The event will once again be must-see-tv, with the four athletes playing a modified alternate shot match play round at Stone Canyon Golf Club in Oro Valley, Arizona under full production for television.
The event will again be broadcasted on TNT Friday at 3:00 p.m. EST, with Brian Anderson, Trevor Immelman, Andre Iguodala, Eli Manning, and Michelle Wie all involved on commentary.
Just like the previous events, betting odds are a huge part of the experience. Legal sports betting sites have already posted quite a few lines as well as prop bets for the event.
The Match 3- Winner:
- Peyton Manning / Steph Curry -190

It’s just going to be mad fun to rag on him all day,” said Steph Curry telling the No Laying Up podcast with confidence heading into the matchup
Golf prop bets are available on Barkley’s performance as well as every member of the foursome.
