Golfers hit into a 64×46-foot simulator screen from a real grass tee box. Their shots determine subsequent positions on specific turf areas (fairway, rough, or sand) before transitioning to a physical “green zone” for putting and short-game play. Each hole is played under a shot clock to maintain a fast-paced two-hour competition.
The league includes two phases per match: three-on-three alternate shot and singles match play, with teams competing over six holes. Points are awarded for hole victories and overall match outcomes, contributing to a season-long leaderboard. The playoffs feature a single-elimination format, culminating in a best-of-three championship series.
Players will be mic’d up during matches, offering fans insights into strategies and personalities. Founders Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy lead the roster, with other notable players like Rickie Fowler and Max Homa also joining.
