ATTARD, Malta – Team Spirit are the only top 10 team to make the Blast Bounty 2026 Season 2 Finals in Malta, and they carry +150 odds to win the event. With the top three teams (Falcons, Vitality, Furia) in the world being upset in the online stage, Esports betting odds say it’s Spirit’s event to lose.

Spirit narrowly avoided joining the other five top-10 teams who failed to reach the LAN, needing a double overtime decider victory to defeat OG before a decisive 13-0 in their third map against 100 Thieves.
Perhaps the early online scares against inferior competition was a wake up call for Spirit. They now settle in at LAN as favorites over competition they’re more familiar with, like Mouz (5 map streak) and Team Liquid (5-0 H2H).
Mouz Leads Pack Of Contending New Rosters At Blast Bounty
After Spirit, the next tier of trophy contenders each made at least roster change in the player break. Those changes are proving to be positive for Mouz (+350), Team Liquid (+600), FaZe Clan (+750), and The MongolZ (+750), who’s odds show they each have a chance to hoist a trophy in the first LAN of the second season.
Former Mouz NXT player PR has joined the main team after his stint with Gamer Legion, contributing to Mouz’s second-best 1.19 team rating at the event. PR and Mouz cruised to 2-0 victories over Nuclear TigeRES and FOKUS, but will now be tested with tier 1 competition on LAN.
Perhaps the most surprising storyline from the online portion of Blast Bounty was the revival of Team Liquid, who carry +600 legal sports betting odds to win the event behind new additions JT and Jorko.
JT’s leadership inspired EliGE, posting a 1.49 rating only trailing donk (1.55) across Liquid’s four map victories. New AWPer Jorko averaged a 1.29 rating in his tier 1 debut, proving key in 2-0 victories over Vitality and G2.
Bounty hunters targeted The MongolZ after replacing Cobrazera and mzinho with tikuak and DarkMeister, two players many were unfamiliar with. The new players stepped up alongside the consistent output from 910’s AWP, proving The MongolZ as a serious contender at +750 odds.
Fade Longshots Like Astralis, paiN, 3DMAX
Astralis needed three maps in both their matches against HOTU and Nemesis to qualify for the Blast Bounty Season 2 finals, snapping a dry spell where they lost five of their last six matches. They’re not on the same level as other top contending teams like Spirit and Mouz and aren’t worth the bet on Counter-Strike at +1400 like some contenders with shorter odds.
paiN and 3DMAX also haven’t shown the level of consistency to be trusted and are deserving of long odds to win Blast Bounty Summer. PaiN lost to No. 58 ranked Phantom after having a 95% chance to win in Map 1, and 3DMAX just lost to No. 51 ranked Walczaki and Gentle Mates with a stand-in for their StarLadder StarSeries qualifier matches.
If not Spirit, one of the four teams from that +350 to +750 range is the best bet. Outside of those five teams, no one has a chance at winning Blast Bounty 2026 Season 2. However, this event has been absolute chaos thus far and could continue in the LAN portion.
