  • The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are favored to beat the Toronto Argonauts with -175 odds.

  • A 50.5 point total is set between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Montreal Alouettes.

OTTAWA – A four game CFL slate is set to begin on Thursday Night with the Calgary Stampeders going on the road to take on the Ottawa Redblacks.

Ahead of the slate, we’re looking at a four leg parlay on legal sports betting sites that’s paying out +1102 odds. These four picks consist of three moneyline picks and a game total pick.

CFL Parlay Picks

  • Calgary Stampeders +165 ML vs. Ottawa Redblacks
  • Winnipeg Blue Bombers -175 ML vs. Toronto Argonauts
  • Hamilton Tiger-Cats -195 ML vs. Edmonton Elks
  • Saskatchewan Roughriders/Montreal Alouettes Under 50.5 Points

Starting with Thursday Night’s game between the Stampeders and Redblacks, we like Calgary on the road here for plus money odds to win outright. There is no reason that Canada sportsbooks should be backing Ottawa here with their worst ranked offense in the league, third worst defense, and last place 1-6 record. Calgary is going into this one as the number two offense (202 points for), first ranked defense (134 points against), and 3-0 record when playing on the road.

For the second leg, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers over the Toronto Argonauts. We’re leaning this way based on Toronto’s lack of strength when playing at home and their second worst defense in the CFL this season. When playing at home this season, Toronto is 1-3. On the season as a whole, they’ve allowed 206 points to opponents, which is the second most on the year.

In the third game of the slate, we’re surprised that the Hamilton Tiger-Cats CFL odds aren’t much stronger against the last place Edmonton Elks. Hamilton is rolling with 225 points for, the highest in the CFL this season. They have a cakewalk matchup against an Edmonton team that has a -55 margin in points on the season, with just 136 points scored on the year.

In the final game of the slate between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Montreal Alouettes, this is going to be arguably the most competitive matchup on the week. That said, both defenses could force the point total to stay under. Combined, Saskatchewan and Montreal allow 46.5 ppg to opponents.
