A Case For The Top 4
Starting with Matt Fitzpatrick’s PGA Tour odds to win the Wyndham Championship, he is trending in the right direction heading into the tournament. Over his last five outings, he’s improved his finishing position. It started with a 38th place finish at the US Open. He then improved to a T17 finish at the Travelers Championship. His next three were all top-10 finishes with the Rocket Classic (T8), Scottish Open (T4), and Open Championship (T4). With his upward trend, he is a safe bet to make.
Now, looking at the second shortest odds, starting with Ben Griffin, he’s had an eventful 2025 with 8 top-10 finishes, a second-place finish, and two wins. He also has 11 top-25 finishes on the year as well.
Moving on to 39-year old journeymen, Keegan Bradley, he really hasn’t had the best 2025 with one win included in just nine top-25 finishes and 16 cuts made. Since his Travelers Championship win towards the end of June, he’s followed that up with abysmal finishes at T41 in the Rocket Classic and T30 at the Open Championship.
Finally, the last of the three golfers tied with +2500 odds, Aaron Rai. Rai is the reigning Wyndham Championship winner from last year, so his familiarity with not only playing, but winning the course could certainly work to his advantage.
