WinView Games Review
While not technically a sportsbook, our WinView Games review will be just as in-depth as the rest of our 2023 sportsbook reviews. WinView provides sports fans with a way to win real money by simply predicting the next sequences in live games through daily sports competitions. It may not be as lucrative as traditional sports wagering, but it is definitely a fun, safe, and legal way to spice up any sports matchup you may be watching. The app is practically built for NFL, MMA, and NBA games but you can find betting types of opportunities for other sports as well.
Right off the bat, we can tell you that WinView is, in fact, legal to use in certain states because of two distinct factors. The first being that you are technically betting with a virtual bankroll and not real money. We’ll explain that in the next section. The second being that WinView defines itself as a game of skill. You are competing against other sports fans in a quarter-by-quarter contest. You are not betting against the house such as a traditional legal sportsbook. We’ll further explore the business model, deposit options, and withdrawal options throughout our review of WinView Games.

Sports Betting With WinView
Before a game starts, you will choose which type of contest you want to enter. You can choose a free one and earn “tickets” which you can then use to enter other contests, or you can join a paid contest. For the paid ones you pay an entry fee of a varying amount. Some paid contests can cost $5 to enter while others are $10 and so on.
Once you enter the contest, you will have a virtual bankroll. As the Bears and Packers play throughout the first quarter you will be asked a series of “prop-like” yes-or-no questions such as “Will Chicago gain more rushing yards than Green Bay?”. For each question you can sacrifice either 250, 500, 750, or 1000 of your virtual bankroll to answer it. An answer to that question may multiply the amount you sacrifice. The more far-fetched an answer is then the more it will multiply the number of virtual dollars you bet. About 25 of these questions come per quarter and the contest only lasts for one quarter.
The person who has the highest virtual bankroll at the end of this contest wins a certain cash prize. Once the next quarter begins you do it all over again. You’re betting with virtual money in a paid sports pool against real people and not against a legal online sportsbook. These contests are only available for live matches.
Mobile Wagering With WinView
Mobile betting on sports with WinView is only available with the WinView app. You can either download it by visiting the WinView site from your mobile browser, or you can download it from an app store. The app is available for both iPhone and Android users. WinView can be accessed or used wherever you have internet connection so you can enter WinView contests whether you’re at home, at a sports bar, or even at the stadium watching the game live. You’ll want to make sure that the game you’re interested in is being played on TV. There generally aren’t contests for small games that only a small fanbase cares about.
What Promotions Does WinView Offer?
WinView offers a variety of different sportsbook promotions throughout the year, but its most popular bonuses are deposit matches and free play account credits for new players. WinView’s signature deal is a $10 credit that it automatically adds to each player’s account when they sign up. There are no terms and conditions governing this bonus unlike the rollover requirements of other sportsbooks’ deposit bonuses, so it’s a great way for an inexperienced bettor to get their feet wet. WinView promotions can be redeemed either via the company’s mobile app or via a browser-based emulator of the app.
WinView Deposit/Withdrawal Options
There are only two you can make a sportsbook deposit to your WinView account. You can use PayPal or you can use a credit/debit card. When it comes to the types of cards you can use, WinView will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. However, it’s important to note that you can’t pull your winnings back to your card. The only way to request a fast sportsbook payout is either back through PayPal or by contacting WinView and requesting a check to be mailed to you. By using PayPal, you can expect your money to reach your account in just a few days while a check could take up to two weeks. PayPal is the recommended way to go when using the WinView app.
In Which States Does WinView Operate In?
Each state has its own rules on daily fantasy sports and sports betting. Like we mentioned before, WinView Games is neither of those and instead is predicated on its stance that it is a game of skill. Even with that, there are a good bit of states that you won’t find WinView in. Winview operates in 39 states and the ones that it doesn’t operate in are as follows:
Arkansas, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, and Washington.
How Old Do I Need To Be To Bet With WinView?
Despite the fact that each state has different sports betting ages and that age is typically set at 21, players with WinView only have to be 17 years old or older. This is because WinView is not legally considered gambling, nor sports betting. This is means that you can start spicing up sports matchups at a younger age than with any other betting platform on the market.
Can I Win Real Money with WinView?
Yes, you can win real cash money through WinView. Since WinView is not classified as sports betting or daily fantasy, many are skeptical as to if the platform is legitimate. While WinView’s gaming format is unique, players will still receive real cash prizes if they are able to win. In WinView’s format, players earn WinCoins which can be redeemed for cash in a fully legal transaction. This is considered a game of skill instead of sports betting which allows WinView to operate legally.
Can I Choose My Bets on WinView?
Due to the WinView gaming format, players will not be able to choose which prop lines they are asked. Players select which game they are watching, and then prop questions are asked to the player every quarter, in real-time. If you are looking to bet on just the winner of the game or a point spread then WinView is not the best option. If you are looking for a fun and unique sports game that you can also win money from, then WinView gaming is for you.
Does WinView Have Live Betting?
Since WinView is not a traditional sportsbook, they do not have live betting in the traditional sense. However, WinView’s predicative game model will allow you to compete in real-time, as the games occur. This can be a game asking you to guess the next play or guess how many points will be scored in a quarter. Either way, you will be fully entertained and locked into the live-action.
